Accessing Service: Call Center Hours

The STC Call Center provides the scheduling and dispatching for all coordinated senior transportation services. The Call Center is open Monday through Friday from 7:00a.m. until 5:00p.m. with the exception of holidays and weekends.

Holidays

The STC recognizes, offices and operations are closed for the following 8 national holidays:

New Year’s Day
Martin Luther King Day
Presidents Day
Memorial Day
Independence Day
Labor Day
Thanksgiving Day
Christmas Day

If any of the above holidays fall on a Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be celebrated as the holiday.  If a holiday falls on a Sunday, the succeeding Monday shall be celebrated as the holiday.

Local Provider Service Hours

Vehicles are typically in operation Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. until 4:00p.m. with the exception of holidays and weekends. Hours may vary by provider, but the Call Center can inform you of details
